7-Day Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your premium purchase. Under the holding guidelines of OCEANNET (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, we offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange and return window starting from the day of courier delivery confirmation.
Policy Parameters:
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with all manufacturing labels and premium boxes intact.
- Custom sizing replacements are free. We will dispatch replacement riders for standard city nodes (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi).
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method (Credit Card or mobile wallets like JazzCash / EasyPaisa) within 3 to 5 business days after inspection.
